UAE Exchange is a leading global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand with a presence in 32 countries. They offer many unique services including Xpress Money, a global instant money transfer brand; Smart Pay, a WPS-compliant industry-leading payroll solution; and FLASHremit, a product for real time account credit, to enhance customer experience.

Added to this ensemble of services is the Middle East’s first multi-currency prepaid travel card, gocash. It makes your travelling abroad, easy and hassle free. With the gocash card you can organise travel money and hold up to six currencies on one card and use it at all MasterCard enabled POS machines and ATMs.

The Challenge & Solution

Reaching out and communicating the right message to customers can sometimes be overwhelming to companies that have an overload of information displayed on their websites.

In the case of Gocash this was indeed a challenge as the variety of benefits offered by the card were not displayed efficiently. The main challenge we had on this project was to first reorganize a very crowded sitemap and simplify the way the information was given to its users. As a solution, we data visualized all high level content blocks to ease the overall experience.

Footer with Purpose

Website footer design is about choosing what to include, with the intention of helping visitors. We really wanted the footer to be an area that can be used not only to navigate the website but also to get in touch with the Gocash team easily through live chat, smart forms or simple emails.

Fading Gradient

One of the best use of fading gradients is to display content on top of an image in a clear manner while enhancing the overall visual of the content block

Broken grid layouts

Brogen grids allow images and text elements to drift into and across the gutters that usually serve as hard stops in more sober layouts
