Aura is perfume estore with a twist. 4000 perfumes have been smelled and studied by the Aura team and are ready to be discovered by their customers. Simply answer eight questions to receive a sample box, of five perfumes, rate them online and discover your scent profile.
Your scent profile will guarantee you to select the best perfume based on your questionnaire answers and the way you rated the samples received online.
The only real challenge we have on this project was finding the right way to ask you the right questions in order to create a cent profile. We tried to think as visual as we could with very short questions for you to be able to complete the whole questionaire within a minute.
Data visualization, animation, iconography, parallax effects, everything was added to make sure you overall journey to receving that sample box was as pleasant as possible.
Good imagery is the base of a good estore, we were very fortunate to work on a project with exceptional assets coming from all over the world.
Data Visualization is still key to display content to an audience, we created a set of 65 custom and animated icons used on the whole project.
Charcoal color is one of our favorite pick for a very subtle and light user interface. This calm and quiet tone provides a tranquil environment and work with almost any color./p>

The questionary was the most crucial part of the project, the set of eight questions was created to provide a visual and animated experience that would take a maximum of 60 seconds to be filled.
Your scent profile was designed to answer all the questions that you have when you buy perfume, from the main notes, the sillage of the perfume or the best time of the day to use it.
